For DP systems, keep impulse lines short and equal. Use condensate pots for steam service. Vent all air from the wet legs before zeroing the transmitter. Many field errors come from wet legs that are not filled correctly. Vibration can cause false readings on vortex meters. Check for steam hammer and pipe support problems.
